Request access to the Mika Digital portal

Clients can request portal access here. After signup, the email address must be confirmed before the request moves into manual review and approval.

Access request

Submit your details, set the password you want to use, and then confirm your email address. Once your email is confirmed, your request moves into staff review before full portal access is approved.

Use at least 8 characters with letters and numbers. Avoid simple passwords like password123.

How approval works

You create your portal access request with the email address you want linked to your portal access
You confirm that email before the request moves into manual review
Once approved, you can sign in with your email and password normally

Approval usually takes a couple of hours. If it seems to be taking too long, contact Mika Digital and we can check the request for you.

This keeps project, billing, support, and hosting information limited to the correct approved client users.
